• Registered Nurse:  Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing since 1988.  A long and varied nursing career including med-surg, surgery and post-anesthesia recovery for adults and children, pediatrics, emergency room, orthopedics,  pharmacy, staff nurse, supervisor and nurse manager.  Member of the American Holistic Nurses’ Association and ANA.

• Therapeutic Touch:  Krieger and Kunz method, beginner through advanced levels, completed in 1992.

• Healing Touch:  Certified Practitioner since 1996, Certified Healing Touch Instructor since 2002 through the Healing Touch Program and Healing Touch International, Inc., Lakewood, CO.   Charter Member of Healing Touch International

• Hypnotherapy: Certified and Registered Hypnotherapist, 2005 graduate of The Hypnotherapy Institute of Spokane, Washington..

• Counseling: Registered Counselor with State of Washington since 2003.

• Aromatherapy: Graduate of the Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy in 2000, Seattle, WA. .Aromatherapy consultations and customized blending with personal label Heaven Scent Aromatherapy products.

• Spiritual Healing: Apprenticed with Mary Bell, RNC, for 3 years at the Nirvana School for Enlightenment, Cave Creek, AZ, completed in 1999.

• Shamanic Practitioner: Studied cross-cultural shamanism with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Michael and Sandra Harner, Sandra Ingerman and Barbara St. Dennis.  Studies include Basic Shamanic Journey workshop, Spirit Releasement, Soul Retrieval, Plant Spirit Medicine, Plants as Healers; 2002- 2005.
